- Chronic Disease Management Program

|
| | Chronic disease affects millions of people each year. The goal of the Institute of Restorative Health’s Chronic Disease Management Program is to provide group support and optimal health education for individuals with chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, migraines, chronic fatigue, spine pain, generalized arthritis, neuropathy, metabolic syndrome, obesity and multiple sclerosis.
Regardless of the type of illness, the Chronic Disease Management Program offers new hope to those suffering from chronic disease. The program is designed to reduce pain, stress and depression that frequently accompany chronic illness and physical disability.
This six week integrative program includes an initial evaluation, training in Neurobehavioral Techniques and an overall education on the simple and effective ways to improve physical and mental well being. | |
|
| | Phase 1: Medical visit with Dr. Hassid and Dr. Vespignani to assess current illness and functional goals. Based on results, a behavioral screening may be necessary.
