"Practicing integrative medicine just makes perfect sense to me.  You can't just treat a symptom, achieving wellness is about treating the whole person.  Just ask James who came to us with new onset of headaches, high blood pressure, fatigue and insomnia.  He was taking an anti-Anxiety pill, a blood pressure pill and a sleeping pill prescribed by his primary care doctor.  He felt worse on the pills.   He was worried about his health and scared.  He had just lost his job, had a new home with a wife and two kids to support.  We offered him a different plan of treatment.  After attending my stress management class,  using the cranial electrical unit and attending sessions of HeartMath biofeedback, he improved drastically and the medications were discontinued.  James felt like his old self again."
